Rental Time....

Most prices quoted are for a 1-day period. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call us for long-term rates. Discounts may apply.

Payment Terms....

The Balance of your payment is due upon delivery or upon pick-up at our location. A $100.00 deposit is due for all tent reservations. All charges are for time out, whether the product is used or not. We accept cash, MasterCard or Visa Credit cards and local checks with a valid drivers's license.

Damage Waiver....

A damage waiver fee of 10% is an option available to all renters. This fee relieves the renter from liability for accidental damage to rental product. Excluded from this waiver is intentional damage and mis-use, lost or damaged items due to theft or mysterious disappearance. All damaged / broken items must be returned.

Order Change/Cancellations

If a customer is picking up their order, adjustments can be made at any time. Changes for delivery orders must be made by 12 noon the day before your scheduled delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your event forfeit all deposits. Cancellations made after delivery, installation, or pick-up forfeit all payments.

Delivery/Pick-Up....

Available on any size order, our deliveries are drop off only to end of driveway or to door. Delivery charges are based on mileage. If you live within 15 miles of our location it is considered a local delivery. Delivery fees will be calculated by mileage outside 15 mile radius.

Schedules are made in advance and you will be called several days before your delivery date.

Set-up and takedown of tables and chairs is available for an extra charge and a site plan must be provided or someone must be present.

Equipment Use....

Instructions will be provided for all concession equipment or games rented. Please be sure to inspect all equipment upon pick up or upon delivery. After your event, tables and chairs should be folded, stacked, and ready for pick-up. All china, glassware, etc. should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew. All tents must have any balloons, tape or ribbon removed upon pick-up.

No silly string is allowed in inflatable bounce castles or an extra cleaning fee will be added.
